Responsible Gaming

Last updated: March 30, 2026

Our Commitment

RiverRise is a rewards-based gaming platform, not a gambling service. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all players. We believe gaming should be entertainment, and we take proactive steps to promote healthy play habits.

Self-Assessment

Ask yourself these questions to evaluate your gaming habits. If you answer "yes" to two or more, consider adjusting your play:

  • Do you spend more time or money on gaming than you originally planned?
  • Do you feel restless or irritable when you try to stop playing?
  • Have you neglected responsibilities, work, or relationships because of gaming?
  • Do you play to escape stress or negative feelings?
  • Have you tried to cut back on gaming but found it difficult?
  • Do you lie to others about how much time or money you spend gaming?

Deposit Limits

RiverRise allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Time Limits and Session Reminders

You can configure session time reminders that notify you after a chosen duration of play. These reminders help you stay aware of how long you have been gaming. We also display your session duration in your account dashboard so you can monitor your activity.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break, RiverRise offers self-exclusion options. You can temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, play games, or make deposits. To request self-exclusion, visit your account settings or contact our support team.

Protecting Minors

RiverRise is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We employ age verification during registration and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, please report it to our support team immediately.
