1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RiverRise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RiverRise. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not comply.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

4. Virtual Currency (RiverCoins)

RiverRise is a rewards-based gaming platform, NOT a gambling service. RiverCoins are a virtual currency used within the Platform:

  • RiverCoins can be earned for free through missions, PvP victories, daily streaks, and other in-game activities.
  • RiverCoins can be purchased using fiat currency or cryptocurrency.
  • RiverCoins can be spent on cosmetic items (skins), Battle Pass, VIP status, and other platform features.
  • Earned RiverCoins may be redeemed for prizes including gift cards, USDT, or physical goods, subject to platform rules and availability.
  • RiverCoins have no real-world monetary value outside the Platform and are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify RiverCoin earn rates, redemption values, and availability at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
  • Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in PvP games
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in chat or any communication channel
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software
  • Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of RiverCoins.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RiverRise — including games, graphics, code, logos, text, and designs — is owned by RiverRise or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms, and results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiverRise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of RiverCoins, data, or profits.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
